Recommendation for use of Circular Inguz Set Facial Oil + Guasha

First make sure you will take 10 minutes.

Clean face from make-up if necessary, cleanse with oatmeal or chickpea flour.

Apply 5-10 drops of Inguz Night Oil  on damp face and neck.

Now your magic ritual can begin; for even more magic light White Sage.

1. Place the long side of the stone at the edge of the chin and pass it down the neck and outwards. Repeat this several times

2. Move to the face and guide the stone with the hollow from the center of the chin outwards

3. Now guide the stone from the center of the face outward. While doing this, work upward from the chin to the forehead. To massage the eye area, place the stone next to the bridge of the nose and move it outward in a straight line under the eyes

4. Work in the “crow’s feet” with the short side

5. Massage the forehead with the long side of the stone. Massage from the bottom to the top, from the center of the forehead to the outside

6. Massage the scalp with the toothed side. Tense areas can also be worked in with this side of the stone.

Cleaning: Rinse the stone under clear running water after each use and dry.

The main rules for effective guasha massage:

° light pressure is sufficient

° never hold guasha 90 degrees to the face surface, but less – it must create a sharp angle

° the face must be loose. Try to relax all facial muscles. Pleasant music, aroma candles or incense sticks will help

° movements of the stone – always outward
